It's easier to land Arcanopulse on an enemy when they're moving toward or away from you, rather than side to side.
Eye of Destruction will make landing Arcanopulse easier as the target will be slowed.
Attacking a

target marked by Valor will put Harrier on cooldown. Quickly consuming Harrier marks will allow you to generate them faster.
Use Behind Enemy Lines for traveling very long distances quickly, for farming minions around the map, or for chasing wounded targets.
Vault is powerful but must be used with caution, as enemies can attack Quinn when she strikes them. Vault can sometimes be used to cross terrain if your back is to a wall.

Overall, Xerath sees a large worsening in his KDA (ratio of kills and assists to deaths) when paired with Quinn. His KDA fell from NaN to NaN. This fall shows that Quinn helps Xerath perform not as well in competitive LoL rounds. Yet, the small difference demonstrates that this performance change is only marginal.
When Xerath tries to synergize with Quinn, he observes a little increase in his total damage dealt. This difference may indicate that Quinn supports by providing protection for him to deal more damage or that her participation also helps increase the game's duration. There is no top companion for Xerath that will 100% of the time be his ideal teammate. However, overall, Quinn is a decent ally for Xerath. Quinn has a much lower diffuclty than Xerath. That means Xerath players don't need to be careful when lining up Quinn teammates to play with, as they will require a much lower level of skill to be able to do well with you.
Fighting on the same side, Xerath players will likely see an overall large increase in your team’s ability to deal magical damage. Together, these two can blast through enemies with magic damage.
Conversely, by bringing Xerath and Quinn together, you probably will not be giving your side very much cover. We recommend you pick other champions on your team that helps cover this relative hole in their kit.
Regardless of the ability of your Quinn ally, you should focus on maximizing your gold income, staying alive by avoiding foolish fights, and clearing objectives. If you do this, you should do well anyway.
