Overall, Sylas sees a very large drop in his KDA (ratio of kills and assists to deaths) when paired with Tryndamere. His KDA worsened from NaN to NaN. This worsening shows that Tryndamere helps Sylas perform poorer in competitive League of Legends games. Yet, the small difference proves that this performance change is not very impactful.
When Sylas is paired with Tryndamere, he gets a small decrease in his total damage dealt. This change could demonstrate that Tryndamere does not support by providing cover for him to deal more damage or that his allyship also helps increase the game's duration. Similarly, when Sylas is played together with Tryndamere on the same team, he usually scores many fewer killing sprees than when he plays on his own. This is contrasting evidence that he is worse when playing with Tryndamere.
Moreover, when Sylas plays with Tryndamere on the same side, he typically takes a little less damage than when he fights alone. Taking not as much damage could mean that Tryndamere does a decent job of protecting Sylas in team fights.
There is no top ally for Sylas that will 100% of the time be his best synergy. However, overall, Tryndamere is a good companion for Sylas. By being on the same team as Sylas, he improves their win rate by 1.5% to 50.5%. This shows that there is pretty good bond between Sylas and Tryndamere that allows them to perform at the top of their game together than alone.
Tryndamere has a lower difficulty than Sylas. That means you don't need to be cautious when lining up Tryndamere comrades to go into battle on the same side as, as they will have to have a relatively low level of skill to be able to play well with you.
Fighting cooperatively, you will likely see an overall large increase in your team’s ability to deal physical damage. When paired, these champs should be able to take down targets with auto-attacks and other AD damage abilities.
Although, by grouping Sylas and Tryndamere together, you probably will not be providing your other teammates a lot of utility. Plan to include other champions on your team that offsets this relative disparity in this pairing's potential.
