Overall, Rammus sees a very large drop in his KDA (ratio of kills and assists to deaths) when paired with K'Sante. His KDA went down from NaN to NaN. This negative change shows that K'Sante helps Rammus perform not as well in ranked League of Legends matches. Yet, the small difference proves that this performance change is only marginal.
When Rammus is paired with K'Sante, he observes a little decrease in his full damage output. This difference may signal that K'Sante doesn't help cover for him to deal more damage or that their participation also helps increase the round's duration. By playing on the same team as Rammus, they lowers their win rate by -4.5% to 46.4%. This shows that there is a terrible synergy between Rammus and K'Sante that allows them to perform not as well together than without each other.
K'Sante has a much greater difficulty compared to Rammus. That means Rammus players should be cautious when enlisting K'Sante allies to play with, as they will need a much greater level of skill to do well with you.

When Rammus bought at least these three pieces in his build, he performed significantly better when paired up with K'Sante than with most other typical builds.
