Use Behind Enemy Lines for traveling very long distances quickly, for farming minions around the map, or for chasing wounded targets.
Vault is powerful but must be used with caution, as enemies can attack Quinn when she strikes them. Vault can sometimes be used to cross terrain if your back is to a wall.
Shadow Assault is a powerful escape tool, but can also be offensively used to assault a group.

Remember to pick your target before the fight. Focusing all of Talon's abilities on one target can be very rewarding, but splitting them up between many may leave you helpless.

Overall, Quinn sees a large worsening in her KDA (ratio of kills and assists to deaths) when paired with Talon. His KDA decreased from NaN to NaN. This fall shows that Talon helps Quinn perform not as well in ranked LoL games. Yet, the small difference indicates that this performance change is not very impactful.
When Quinn tries to synergize with Talon, she observes a marginal improvement in her full damage dealt. This difference could demonstrate that Talon supports by providing protection for her to dish out more damage or that his presence on the team also helps increase the round's duration. Similarly, when Quinn is played alongside Talon on the same side, he usually scores many fewer killing sprees compared to when she plays on his own. This is contrasting evidence that she is worse when playing synergisticly with Talon.
Moreover, when Quinn plays with Talon on the same side, she often receives a little more damage than when she fights alone. Receiving more damage may mean that Talon does a poor job of covering Quinn during teamfights.
There is no universally accepted best companion for Quinn that will 100% of the time be her #1 synergy. However, Talon is a relatively poor teammate for Quinn. By being on the same team as Quinn, he lowers their win rate by -2.1% to 47.5%. This clearly indicates that there is a negative bond between Quinn and Talon that results in them performing not as well together than without each other.
Talon has a greater difficulty than Quinn. That means Quinn players need to be careful when enlisting Talon teammates to play with, as they will have to have a greater level of skill to be able to play well with you.
Working on the same side, Quinn players will likely witness an overall large increase in your team’s capability to dish out massive AD. When paired, these champions should be able to take down targets with auto-attacks and other AD damage abilities.
In contrast, by pairing Quinn and Talon together, you will not be giving your other allies a great deal of magical damage output. We recommend you bring other champions on your team that helps cover this relative gap in this pairing's playstyle.
Regardless of your Talon ally's skill level, you should focus on increasing your gold income, staying alive by avoiding foolish fights, and taking down objectives. If you do this, you should do well anyway.
