Tips for Playing as Lissandra with Ekko
Lissandra's abilities are shorter range than those of many mages. As a result, buying items that offer both ability power and defense, like Zhonya's Hourglass and Banshee's Veil, can be a great choice to help her both survive and deal damage.
Casting Glacial Path and then running in the opposite direction will leave your enemies uncertain which way you will actually go.

Overall, Lissandra sees a very large drop in her KDA (ratio of kills and assists to deaths) when paired with Ekko. His KDA worsened from NaN to NaN. This decrease shows that Ekko helps Lissandra perform poorer in ranked League games. Yet, the small difference demonstrates that this performance change is only marginal.
When Lissandra tries to synergize with Ekko, she gets a barely noticable drop in her full damage dealt.
