Overall, Lee Sin sees a large worsening in his KDA (ratio of kills and assists to deaths) when paired with Jhin. His KDA went down from NaN to NaN. This worsening shows that Jhin helps Lee Sin perform worse in ranked League of Legends matches. Yet, the small difference shows that this performance change is only marginal.
When Lee Sin tries to synergize with Jhin, he sees a small increase in his full damage output. This change may indicate that Jhin helps provide cover for him to deal more damage or that his participation also helps extend the game's duration. Similarly, when Lee Sin is played together with Jhin on the same side, he usually scores many fewer killing sprees compared to when he plays alone. This is contrasting evidence that he is worse when playing alongside Jhin.
Additionally, when Lee Sin plays with Jhin on the same team, he often takes a little more damage than when he fights alone. Taking more damage may mean that Jhin does a poor job of covering Lee Sin during teamfights.
There is no perfect companion for Lee Sin that will 100% of the time be his best ally. However, Jhin is a very typical teammate for Lee Sin. This clearly indicates that there is not really a strong synergy between Lee Sin and Jhin that allows them to perform better together than alone.
Jhin has a lower difficulty than Lee Sin. That means Lee Sin players don't need to be cautious when lining up Jhin comrades to go into battle on the same side as, as they will have to have a lower level of skill to play well with you.
When playing cooperatively, Lee Sin players will likely witness an overall large increase in your team’s capacity to destroy wih physical damage. Together, these two should be able to take down targets with auto-attacks and other AD damage abilities.
Conversely, by aligning Lee Sin and Jhin together, you may not be giving your other allies a great deal of tankyness. Plan to include other champs on your team that nullifies this relative gap in this pairing's kit.
Regardless of the ability of your Jhin ally, you need to focus on maximizing your income, warding to avoid ambushes, and clearing objectives. If you do this, you should do well anyway.
