The Ivern Milio synergy stats shown here demonstrate the areas of his gameplay that do better (or worse) when paired with Milio, compared to his overall stats. Significant differences are areas of focus that highlight how his gameplay changes when paired with this other champion.
Overall, Ivern sees a very large drop in his KDA (ratio of kills and assists to deaths) when paired with Milio. His KDA fell from NaN to NaN. This fall shows that Milio helps Ivern perform poorer in ranked LoL games. Yet, the small difference demonstrates that this performance change is only marginal.
When Ivern is paired with Milio, he sees a marginal improvement in his complete damage output. This may indicate that Milio supports by providing protection for him to deal more damage or that their allyship also helps extend the match's duration. Similarly, when Ivern is played together with Milio on the same team, he usually scores many fewer killing sprees compared to when he plays on his own. This is contrasting evidence that he is worse when playing with Milio.
Moreover, when Ivern plays with Milio on the same side, he usually takes a little more damage than when he fights alone. Taking more damage could mean that Milio does a poor job of protecting Ivern in teamfights.
There is no one best ally for Ivern that will no matter what be his best synergy. However, overall, Milio is a pretty good ally for Ivern. By being on the same team as Ivern, they improves their win rate by 1.8% to 52.6%. This demonstrates that there is a potentially meaningful bond between Ivern and Milio that results in them performing at the top of their game together than without each other.
Milio has a lower difficulty than Ivern. That means you don't need to be very careful when lining up Milio comrades to play with, as they will have to have a relatively low level of skill to be able to cooperate well with you.
Fighting on the same side, you should expect to observe an overall large increase in your team’s ability to deal magical damage. Combined, these champions can deal quite a lot of AP type damage.
In contrast, by bringing Ivern and Milio together, you will not be providing your other teammates very much attack damage. Make sure to include other champs on your team that neutralizes this hole in this pairing's capabilities.

To have the highest chance of vanquishing your oponents, you should take the Summon Aery, Nimbus Cloak, Transcendence, Waterwalking, Eyeball Collection, and Relentless Hunter runes from the Sorcery and Domination rune sets. Of all the runes we have analyed for Ivern and Milio pairings, this blending of runes resulted in the best win rate. In fact, these runes averaged a 52.6% win rate overall.
