Overall, Gragas sees a very large drop in his KDA (ratio of kills and assists to deaths) when paired with Urgot. His KDA went down from NaN to NaN. This fall shows that Urgot helps Gragas perform worse in competitive League rounds. Yet, the small difference indicates that this performance change is only marginal.
When Gragas plays on the same team as Urgot, he gets a small increase in his complete damage dealt. This difference may indicate that Urgot helps provide protection for him to dish out more damage or that his participation also helps increase the round's duration. This is contrasting evidence that he is worse when playing with Urgot.

There is no top companion for Gragas that will always be his #1 teammate. However, Urgot is a decent ally for Gragas. By playing on the same team as Gragas, he raises their win rate by 2.9% to 50.8%.
