There is no universally accepted best ally for Fizz that will no matter what be his best synergy. Yet, overall, Gragas is a very bad companion for Fizz. By locking into the same side as Fizz, he decreases their win rate by -5.1% to 47.5%. This proves that there is an easy to overcome and exploit bond between Fizz and Gragas that results in them performing worse together than without each other.
Gragas has a lower difficulty than Fizz. That means you don't need to be very careful when lining up Gragas teammates to fight alongside, as they will have to have a relatively low level of skill to be able to cooperate well with you.
Fighting alongside, you should observe an overall large increase in your team’s ability to deal magic damage. When paired, these champs can blast through enemies with magic damage.
Conversely, by aligning Fizz and Gragas together, you probably will not be granting your other allies a great deal of utility. We recommend you include other champions on your team that offsets this relative disparity in this pairing's abilities.
