If Draven doesn't move, Spinning Axe will fall near his present location. It will fall directly on him, or just to the right or left.
If Draven does move after attacking, Spinning Axe will lead him in the direction of his movement. Use this to control where the Spinning Axe will go.
The cooldown reducing component of Bravado makes Cooldown Reduction items like Frozen Heart, Iceborn Gauntlet, and Spirit Visage exceptionally powerful on Taric.
Using Starlight's Touch at lower charges makes its healing less Mana efficient, but can greatly increase Taric's sustained damage via Bravado.
Rather than saving Cosmic Radiance for the last moment and risking someone dying during the delay, it can be more beneficial to cast it as soon as you know a teamfight is guaranteed to start.

Overall, Draven sees a large worsening in his KDA (ratio of kills and assists to deaths) when paired with Taric. His KDA decreased from NaN to NaN. This worsening shows that Taric helps Draven perform worse in competitive LoL matches. Yet, the small difference shows that this performance change is only marginal.
When Draven is an ally to Taric, he gets a little increase in his full damage dealt. This difference could indicate that Taric supports by providing cover for him to dish out more damage or that his support also helps increase the match's duration. Similarly, when Draven is played with Taric on the same team, he usually scores many fewer killing sprees than when he plays without Taric. This is contrasting evidence that he is worse when playing synergisticly with Taric.
Moreover, when Draven plays with Taric on the same team, he usually takes a little less damage than when he fights alone. Receiving not as much damage could mean that Taric does a decent job of covering Draven in team fights.
There is no universally accepted best synergy for Draven that will no matter what be his #1 synergy. Yet, overall, Taric is a very typical teammate for Draven. By playing on the same team as Draven, he improves their win rate by 0.9% to 50.6%. This clearly indicates that there is only a small bond between Draven and Taric that results in them performing better together than alone.
Taric has a much lower diffuclty than Draven. That means Draven players don't need to be careful when lining up Taric comrades to play with, as they will need a much lower level of skill to be able to fight well with you.
When playing cooperatively, Draven players should expect to observe an overall large increase in your team’s capacity to provide utility and CC for your side. Together, these champions should be able to manipulate the pace of team fights.
Conversely, by aligning Draven and Taric together, you will not be providing your team very much AP. Plan to have other champions on your team that offsets this gap in their kit.
Regardless of your Taric ally's ability, you should focus on increasing your gold income, staying alive by avoiding foolish fights, and clearing objectives. If you do this, you will do well anyway.
