There is no one best champion pairing for Azir that will 100% of the time be his best ally. Yet, overall, Zac is a decent teammate for Azir. By playing on the same side as Azir, he raises their win rate by 1.6% to 51.8%. This demonstrates that there is pretty good bond between Azir and Zac that results in them performing stronger together than without each other.
Zac has a lower difficulty than Azir. That means Azir players don't need to be very careful when enlisting Zac allies to go into battle on the same side as, as they will need a lower level of skill to fight well with you.
Working on the same side, Azir players should expect to witness an overall large increase in your team’s ability to deal magic damage. Combined, these champions can deal quite a lot of AP type damage.
Although, by aligning Azir and Zac together, you will not be providing your other allies a great deal of attack damage. We recommend you bring other champions on your team that helps cover this disparity in their abilities.
Regardless of your Zac ally's skill level, you need to focus on increasing your income, warding to avoid ambushes, and clearing objectives. If you do this, you will do well anyway.
