There is no ideal companion for Azir that will 100% of the time be his ideal synergy. However, Ashe is a very typical ally for Azir. By locking into the same side as Azir, she decreases their win rate by -0.9% to 49.3%. This signals that there is a weak bond between Azir and Ashe that allows them to perform not as well together than alone.
Ashe has a much lower diffuclty than Azir. That means Azir players don't need to be very careful when finding Ashe comrades to fight alongside, as they will require a much lower level of skill to fight well with you.
Playing cooperatively, you will likely observe an overall large increase in your team’s capability to dish out massive AD. When paired, these two can tear through the other team with a lot of physcial damage.
In contrast, by bringing Azir and Ashe together, you may not be providing your other allies enough cover. Plan to have other champions on your team that fills this hole in their playstyle.
Regardless of your Ashe ally's ability, you should focus on maximizing your income, staying alive by avoiding foolish fights, and taking down objectives. If you do this, you will do well, regardless.
