Riven mangelt es an Heilfähigkeiten und guter Verteidigung, weshalb sie sich darauf verlassen muss, viel Schaden auf einmal verursachen zu können. Eröffne Kämpfe mit „Gebrochene Schwingen“ und „Ki-Schwall“ und benutze „Heldenmut“, um zu entkommen oder einen Gegenangriff abzuschwächen.
Rivens „Gebrochene Schwingen“ zielt auf den Champion, der sich bei der Aktivierung unter dem Mauszeiger befindet. Soll Riven am Gegner vorbeiziehen, muss sich auch der Mauszeiger hinter diesem befinden.

Overall, Riven sees a very large drop in her KDA (ratio of kills and assists to deaths) when paired with Ekko. His KDA worsened from NaN to NaN. This fall shows that Ekko helps Riven perform not as well in competitive League games. Yet, the small difference demonstrates that this performance change is not very impactful.
When Riven tries to synergize with Ekko, she gets a little drop in her full damage dealt. This difference could demonstrate that Ekko does not provide cover for her to dish out more damage or that his participation also helps extend the round's duration.
