The greatest champions out of lane to counter Vex include Xayah, Kai'Sa, and Tristana. These champs are all good at countering Vex with high win rates over 57%. Even if these Vex counter picks are not chosen in the same position as you, it's not a good idea to choose them into these matchups. They will most often crush Vex.
