The most important items to have in your Zeri versus Draven build include Bloodthirster, Experimental Hexplate, and Runaan's Hurricane. When Zeri bought at least these three pieces in their build, they did much better vs. Draven than with most other commonly used counter builds. To have the best chance of coming out on top against Draven as Zeri, Zeri players should equip the Lethal Tempo, Triumph, Legend: Alacrity, Last Stand, Conditioning, and Overgrowth runes from the Precision and Resolve rune sets.
