The ideal items to have in your Thresh versus Zeri build include Frozen Heart, Locket of the Iron Solari, and Celestial Opposition. When Thresh incorporated at least these three items in his build, he did significantly better against Zeri than with most other commonly used counter builds. In fact, Thresh boasted an average win rate of 52.2% when countering Zeri with these items in his kit.
To have the greatest chance of crushing Zeri as Thresh, Thresh players should equip the Aftershock, Font of Life, Bone Plating, Unflinching, Biscuit Delivery, and Triple Tonic runes from the Resolve and Inspiration rune sets.
