The best picks not in lane to counter Sona include Kog'Maw, Sivir, and Ezreal. These champs are all great at countering Sona with decent win rates over 56%. Even if these Sona counter picks are not chosen opposite your position, it's not smart to choose her into these matchups. They will often crush Sona.
