Milio Counters

The greatest champions outside of lane to counter Milio include Zeri, Kog'Maw, and Xayah. These are all good at countering Milio with high win rates over 54%. Even if these Milio counter picks are not taken opposite your position, it's not a good idea to choose them into any of these matchups. They will likely beat Milio.

Yet, if the opposing team picks either Seraphine or Miss Fortune, Milio mains should seriously consider choosing them, as they easily wins against these selections with win rates over 55% against both ofthem.

Focus on exploiting Milio's long cooldowns, particularly his Ultimate. This is a weak point for Milio, so try to catch him off guard when his abilities are on cooldown to make him an easier target.

Milio's susceptibility to Crowd Control (CC) can be used to your advantage. As he is quite immobile and can easily be killed once locked down with CC, using champions with high CC can help in keeping him dormant.

Although Milio can cause high damage with his auto-attacks and Q ability, you can retaliate with a swift all-in attack if he misses his Q. Keep a close eye on his attacks and seize the moment when he missteps.

Don't allow Milio to get comfortable and protect his AD Carry (ADC). Interrupting their synergy can hamper their ability to win lanes and the game.

Pay attention to his positioning and exploit his weak points. If Milio is too far from his ADC, it is an opportunity to attack, obstructing their farming and undermining their control in the lane.

Capitalize on Milio's weakness in the late game. Once Milio wanders off from his allies, you seize the opportunity to engage, which can lead to gaining significant objectives such as Baron or Dragon.

Milio's strength increases significantly at level 16 due to the lower cooldown on his Ultimate. Try to dominate and suppress him before he reaches this level to limit his effectiveness in team fights.
