Lux Counters

The top champs outside of lane to counter Lux include Xayah, Zeri, and Varus. These are all good at countering Lux with decent win rates over 54%. Even if these Lux counter picks are not taken opposite your position, it's not a good idea to take her into these matchups. They will likely crush Lux.

Conversely, if the other team brings either Seraphine or Dr. Mundo, Lux mains should strongly think about choosing her, as she easily beats these selections with win rates over 52% against both ofthem.

Try to capitalise on Lux's immobility, an inherent weakness of this particular champion. Lux relies heavily on her Q ability for protection; if she's caught without it, she can be easily eliminated.

Utilise layered CC to your advantage. Given Lux's susceptibility to crowd control, champions with stuns, slows, or immobilizing abilities can be potent against her.

When facing Lux, take a proactive approach during the early game. Because she is item-reliant, targeting her frequently in the early parts of the match can reduce her impact later in the game, rendering her essentially a "shield bot".

Be mindful of Lux's potent burst potential. Lux's Q, E, Ultimate combo can efficiently eliminate squishy adversaries from level six onwards. It's crucial to avoid falling victim to this deadly combination by maintaining an adequate distance.

Stay vigilant during the laning phase, focusing on gaining a health advantage by continually poking the enemy. Lux can be particularly vulnerable during the early game, so taking an aggressive stance can prove fruitful.

Pay attention to Lux's power spikes, particularly at levels 2 and 6. At these levels, Lux can present a formidable challenge by all-inning the enemy. Staying cautious, and possibly even zoning her out, during these phases could prevent a lot of damage.

Lastly, in case Lux manages to get ahead, the key is to coordinate with your team and focus on objectives. Keep major objectives warded, stay with your team at all times, and avoid wandering alone. This strategy can reduce the risk of getting "picked off" by Lux, and eventually, turn the tide in your favor.
