The best champs out of lane to counter Karma include Zeri, Xayah, and Ezreal. These are all good at countering Karma with decent win rates over 61%. Even if these Karma counter picks are not chosen opposite your position, it's not a good idea to choose her into any of these matchups. They will most often crush Karma.
