The top picks not in lane to counter Briar include Kai'Sa, Zeri, and Sivir. These picks are all great at countering Briar with win rates over 54%. Even if these Briar counter picks are not picked opposite your position, it's not a good idea to choose them into one of these matchups. They will very likely beat Briar.

Conversely, if the opposite team picks either Teemo or Taric, Briar mains should seriously think about picking them, as they easily destroys these champs with win rates over 56% against each ofthem.
