A: Brand's ultimate bounces between targets. If used alone, it won't prioritize enemy champions. However, if the targets are already set ablaze, Brand's Ult will prioritize nearby champions. If there are minions nearby, you need to set your targets ablaze before using it or most of the damage will be wasted. The best time to use it is when you are only facing enemy champions and they are close together.

Q: What items can I add to my Brand build in LoL that will make him more useful to the team?

A: Brand does a lot of damage over time. Adding Rylai's Crystal Scepter to your Brand build will make him a lot more helpful by slowing down multiple enemies in each teamfight.
